The Ranch

An expansive gated cow paddock features a fold of 30+ Scottish Highland cattle – the oldest registered breed in the world – known for its docile and friendly temperament and used in the biodynamic farming process employed by the ranch, creating a closed, regenerative practice made famous by Rudolph Steiner.

The Equestrian facility highlights include a covered 17 stall, cedar lined mare barn and covered indoor arena with 12 fully lined stalls including an overhead sprinkler system, electricity and stadium seating. An additional fenced and professionally footed outdoor arena, hay barn, and several fenced pastures provide everything a horse lover needs.

The Wine

Situated at elevations between 1,800 to 2,200 feet you will find the rolling mountain vineyard comprised of 18 acres of award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Sirah with 45 additional acres prepped and permitted. The famous Red Hill AVA is made up of rocky volcanic soils studded with “Lake County Diamonds”, silica rocks found nowhere else in the world.

A main log cabin residence plus five additional homes on the property ensure that residents and guests alike get to enjoy all that life at Diamond B Ranch has to offer.
